Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with Minors in Fitness and Sport Science, Natural Science, and Business Administration. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Castleton University in Vermont, USA. In 2019, Thomas completed his Master of Physical Therapy education at The University of Western Ontario where he was chosen as class valedictorian.
He has been participating in the sports community since a young age. In high school he was a multi-sport athlete in cross-country, volleyball, hockey, soccer, and track-and-field, making it to OFSAA in cross country. He focused his athletic career on hockey, spending time in Jr C, Jr B and Tier II Jr A. Ultimately, he played four years of NCAA hockey while attending Castleton University in Vermont. After hanging up the skates and prior to his studies in physical therapy, he gave back to athletes of all ages by coaching aspiring young goalies as well as teaching fitness classes for seniors.
Today, Thomas is excited to apply his knowledge, experience, and passion for health and fitness to restore patients’ health to its fullest potential. Fun Fact: Did you know that Thomas is part of a group who holds a Guinness World Record for the Longest Marathon Playing Dodgeball, clocking in at 41 hours, 3 minutes, and 17 seconds!
